Shg did do it as it was a support company.

Iw and treyarch probably to big of an ego to do it

Effectively they already work together as they're all part of Acti. Nope make truly independent decisions.

Unless they use a NEW game engine, improve netcoding, upgrade to MUCH BETTER servers and pay for the BANDWIDTH / higher refresh rate your going to get the same old garbage games we've been getting for years now !!

Everybody's had their WTF moment's in multiplayer, notice it's gotten worse in years past !!

Just my thoughts, it's just NOT who develops the game itself, the CORE MECHANICS ie hardware/software need to be in place !!

Just imagine playing on half a map and we are all flying aroud in jet packs then a loud siren goes off and the other half of the map opens up and then it's boots on the ground only for this half of the map.

I could imagine them doing something stupid like that.

Somewhere, there is a signature so funny that reading it will cause an aneurism. This is not that signature.

They should standardize certain aspects of the game, yes. For example, the way they handle dlc should be standardized per Activision. Right now, each developer rolls out paid dlc the way they want. There are a lot of small things that each developer does right (i.e., HC troll protection) but there's not consistency between them. I think Activision needs to step up to the ower plate and standardize some rules.

If that were to happen.....

IW in my opinion should do MP they've IMO had the more fun MPs and weapon balance overall and far less gimicks in the MW Seriers (no advanced movement/no specialist)
3arc can focus on Zombies/Blackout,
Sledgehammer/Raven could just be there to focus on User Interface and assisting where need be.

You forgot campaign.

Treyarch did make the only co-op campaign

I left it out intentionally. Personally I typically play the campaign at some point or another but realistically a Campaign isn't make or break for a game for me. I wasn't keen on the BO3 Campaign(or Infinite Warfare...or Advanced Warfare or Ghosts)
MW was great. BO1 and BO2 were solid.

I'm sure people were excited about Co-Op in the campaign but I didn't see much about it in terms of people raving about it being a game changer for them. COD Campaigns are pretty linear so the experience it self is more about just having someone to BS with while you run through the campaign.

I really enjoyed the WaW campaign.

Buddy and me where still playing it 2 years later.

And during MW2 enough players still asked questions about the WaW campaign.
