Call of Duty Black Ops 4 Support

Me and my boyfriend cannot play splitscreen since your shamrock blackout update! I know I’m not the only one with this issue there has been A lot of talk about this since the update. But every time we spawn in a game on splitscreen it displays this weird message???????

They have never really fixed all the splitscreen issues since launch now its even worse. Im dissapointed this game still has so many bugs in splitscreen they better fix them.

we are having the same issue but its much longer - like 15 lines of the bytecode offset  its getting ridiculous

same here, keeps kicking me and my partner out of the game and sometimes crashes the whole Xbox. feels like they don't care about splitscreen players. Also they need to sort out the multiplayer score board as the new version sucks, I wanna know how many people I kill.

Hey there, 

Are you still seeing that error? It was fixed late last week and should no longer be occuring. If you are still seeing it please try some basic troubleshooting, like first just doing a hard restart of your Xbox (turning it off, unplugging it, waiting a few minutes, and then starting it back up). Let me know about all of that. Thanks.

we have tried everything, turning the Xbox on and off, resetting the game, reinstalled the game and kept retrying to go back onto blackout but just keeps doing the same thing every time. Everything was fine until the update, never had a issue with splitscreen before it.

We as well re stillhaaving this problem. We even did a hard reset on the xbox where you completely restore it but not delete the games. Still isn't working.
