I haven't been able to play ww2 for 2 weeks cause I keep on getting error code 36988!! Plz I tried everything to uninstalling the game, restarting my wifi, and we'll pretty much everything, also when I get to the fetching online profile part I get error code 4128 with ,-,-,-,-,-,F,-,-,-,-,-,-,M,-,-,-,-,-

-Check to see if your NAT type is Open in the games network settings. If it's Strict or Moderate you can try to port forward to open it. If you have access to your router you can head here, it can help guide you on doing so: https://support.activision.com/articles/en_US/FAQ/Port-Forward-and-NAT-FAQ
If you'd prefer you can as well contact your Internet Service Provider for assistance with doing so.
-If your NAT type is Open you can try to change the DNS settings on your system to Google or Cloudfare DNS to see if that helps as well
